Me & Melancholy is a solo project created by Peter Ehrling, a musician and producer, that delves into electronic music with an emphasis on melancholic, synth-based tones. Me & Melancholy, which originated from Ehrling's earlier project Gränsen, was founded in Stockholm, Sweden. Taking cues from iconic synthpop and new wave groups from the 80s and 90s like New Order and Depeche Mode, along with indie bands such as Radiohead, Pavement, and Bloc Party, Ehrling crafts a nostalgically cheerful yet reflective ambiance in every track.
