“Raise Ya Vibration” by INDYA is a new rock tune with a cheerful, upbeat outlook about producing good energy, positive affirmations, and the power of the universe. It sends a message to anyone who is feeling down to manifest their brilliance and ignore the detractors.
Laudez Rose, a rock musician and composer, goes by the stage name “Indya.” Laudez Rose studied music at Selhurst Croydon’s Brit School for Performing Arts. At Colins Performing Arts College in Romford, Essex, she continued her studies in music and earned a professional diploma in musical theater. As part of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds tour after party, Indya gave her first-ever live performance. To play her set, she engaged session musicians, and it was at this point that she dazzled the audience with her distinctive sound. Over the years, she has performed for well-known acts such as Space, EMP, Republica, Toploader, UB40, Dub Pistols, Gun, Soap Girls, Shvpes, Sonic Boom Six, Nik Kershaw, and countless others.
Indya has performed at significant events like Camden Rocks, Weyfest, Standon Calling, Wildfire, Hook & Gun Fest, Harley Davidson Bike Festival, Rah Fest, Musicians Against Homelessness, Local & Live Tunbridge Wells, Girls That Rock Fest, and Hellfest, to name a few. She has made three trips to the UK and was scheduled to visit Las Vegas before the first shutdown. The tour was canceled when COVID happened. However, she is rearranging the Vegas tour and Amsterdam for 2023. Three of Indya’s songs from her debut album, Rebel Music, were included on the Prog Rock compilation CD that was available at WH Smith and Tesco.
On her upcoming album, “Leather n Lace,” Indya has been working diligently with producer Richard Burton. Indya will return to the rock world in 2023 with festival appearances, live performances, and tours.
Indya also had the good fortune to sit at a table alongside Nick Mason (of Pink Floyd) and Dream Theatre during the Prog Rock Awards in 2021. Since then, Indya has been discussed by Prog Magazine in a number of articles and online at Louder. Indya has received excellent radio play from people like Johnny Doom at Kerrang! Radio, BBC Radio Kent, Total Rock, 2XS Rocks!, and hundreds of other radio stations around the world, who have described the band as “the new rock sensation” and “…has vibes like Def Leppard.”
